worst lending service i have had to deal with

I called to verify if my documentation was received . The rude lady i spoke to is filthy rude, the attitude and has the ***** to hang up on clients. Not sure what kind of institution this is but this is far from customer service. The lady does not bother to introduce herself, nor does she listen, nor does she care if you can hear. It's as if she is speaking to one of her undisciplined children. Lady you are rude and if you hate your job you should move out of the way and give that job to someone who needs it and probably will do a way better job than you are. You hung up on me this morning after telling you I could not hear you. you have be doing this for how long i can tell by the tone of your voice I know you hate your job. Finance Turtle should be ashamed to hire such people. I spoke to a coloured lady and she seems to be the only one working there because i requested to speak to her supervisor or manager and she did not put through. instead I had to deal with her rotten, rude, vile, disgusting attitude from a grown woman like her. You have no manners. I want her supervisor to contact me. ppl like her are setting this country back to the dark ages. leave your issues at the door
