Wanted a quote on vehicle finance AND I GOT BILLED

I was looking for a quote on vehicle finance NEVER accepted the quote nor did i sign anything, but i was billed.<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I'm not getting any service from them and still i get billed.<br> <br> Then the owner Ciska puts the phone down in my ear... All they want is your money but when it comes to giving answers and giving my money back they cant assist...<br> <br> They are *********!!!
