No feedback very poor to no service

I app**** for a loan with your company ans suddenly R200 was deducted from my bank account.<br> Why should i pay for getting a loan and after deduction all I receive from your company is REMINDER: Loan Status - Pending I have send my documents a thou sent times with no response from any one.If you cannot assist people you shouldn't take money for services tended you obviously cannot do.
