Money *******ly debited from my account.

I app**** for a loan with Loans Acceptable. I sent the application forms and The Finance Turtle Logo is at the bottom of the application form. All my details were provided in the application. My loan was declined but my account was still debited for an amount of R199.00 and I requested The Finance Turtle to refund they refuse and advised that the monies are non-refundable.<br> <br> Please assist herein as a matter of urgency?
