********** debit

A few weeks ago I made an online enquiry with Finance Turtle. Shortly after my enquiry I received a couple of emails reminding me to complete my application and send through some documents.

I totally ignored all those emails simply because I had changed my mind about applying for a loan.

I logged on my online banking earlier today and to my surprise, there was a R199 debit order from Finance Turtle that I did not authorize. Who are these people??? And why am I being debited?? What service was rendered here exactly??

This is absolutely ridiculous.
