ENQUIRED ABOUT FINANCE - WAS BILLED

I enquired online about finance as I wanted to make a loan to replace my old car. The next thing I know money is being deducted from my bank account and I am now a member of Finance Turtle. <br> <br> PLEASE INVESTIGATE AS I have not sent any documents in - nor did I sign a membership application - nor did I authorise them to take money out of my bank - I MERELY ENQUIRED ABOUT OBTAINING A LOAN.<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK - THEY ARE ********* AND KEEP THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH WERE TICKED BUT HIDDEN UNDER MY NOSE - WHY MUST I PAY FOR NO SERVICE
