Unfair debts review

My name is Lowies Kleinboy Maboya I'd number *** . During 2017 I underwent debts review because of my financial situation was bad ,then 2019 September 03 I volunteer cancelled and form 17 was issued to me after I paid their cancellation fee. Year 2020 I was then off debt review and was able to apply for credit again then i bought a car on August 2021 two weeks after buying a car, I received a call from ARS Credit the debts review company asking me to pay them R12000 or they will put me back to debts review. I asked them why because I paid them their cancellation fees and continued to pay my own debts until I settled my debts she then dropped the call. But this year January I tried to apply for the credit was declined and then I tried to check my credit report as I usually do only to find out that my score is not showing and I'm under debt review which I did not apply for. I feel ****** off my financial freedom by Ars credit .
