Wrongfully put in Debt counselling

I received a call from people claiming to be from NCR saying I'm being overcharged by creditors and they want to reduce the interests charged against me. I gave them my details but later they sent me a message saying I gave concent for Finance Debt Solutions to get through my creditors and they said my application was successful. Can you please remove my name from the group because I am able to pay for my creditors without any assistance, they misled me. I really don't need this, please help. I tried to call them and they said I must pay R5000 to cancel it.
