Unprofessional customer attraction through misrepresentation

The consultant called me and they said they're working with NCR to safeguard consumers from being overcharged interest rates by creditors. After agreeing we went forward confirming my details including banking. I asked specifically if are there any hidden fees or if I am being placed under debt review and the consultant said no.

I am very irate and disappointed on how they conduct their business
