Overdraft reduced even though canceled

They called me yesterday and did an application. Called in this morning after 8 to cancel. They said all will be fine. I go to my fnb account and see that due to a reduction in overdraft I have no access to any funds this month. I called the number at the bottom of my email but it says the subscriber is unavailable.
