Misleading people and putting them under debt review without their consent and further refusing to remove them.

This company deserves a negative rating, they are below zero. On the 2nd of July 2024 their agent called me and put me through yo his senior by the name of John Williams and they **** to me and put me under debt review without my consent. My debit orders did not go through and I contacted the NCR, I was told that I was under debt review, which surprised me because I never consented to such.

I called Finance Debt Solutions on the 18th of July to confront them and tell them to remove my name from what I had not consented to, I was told about a cancellation fee and told to send my documents on WhatsApp for cancellation and to date nothing has happened. They also refused to put me through to John Williams.
