Finance Dept Solutions are the liers

A lady from Finance Dept Solutions phoned me on Friday 19 April 2024. Our conversation lasted only 1 minute 23 seconds. She said that after that call i was gonna get an sms and that sms is neither binding nor selling me any product. She told me that I am being overcharged for vat. Before I could ask her how, she is the one who told me that on her records it appears that I am not paying any dept at the moment. I answered "yebo"(yes) and she hung up the phone immediately. After that call I received an sms saying that I have given Finance Dept Solutions on the 2024/04/19 consent to request/obtain a credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Dept exposure. This is the direct opposite of what their agent told me and I believe they are up to something.
