Finance Debt Solutions - Unprofessional behaviour

They phoned me trying to sell me debt consolidation. I then received an SMS where it states that I gave them permission to do obtain or request a Credit report on my name. THEY NEVER ASKED ME THIS DURING THE CALL NOR DID I GET PERMISSION. I told them I am not interested in debt consolidation at all. Who gives them the right to do this and then INFORM me that I gave consent.
