<div>I received a call from these guys yesterday, 26/09/2024, told me where she was calling from and that she had my credit profile and my score is affected by the accounts I’ve missing payments on, I told her I’m aware of that and she gave me the first 9 digits of my ID and asked me to confirm the last 4 which I did, and she went on and told me to boost my score I must make payment arrangements soon as I get employment, I told her that is the plan, we then ended the call, next thing I get an sms saying “ I, +++++++ gave consent to request my credit report on 2024-09-26. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Finance Debt Solutions“ and I did not at any point give such consent. Where do these people get our information and why is this allowed.</div>
