False consent from Finance debt solutions

Agent calls me , insists they are working under government or assisting government Says I pay too much interest , tried to research this company but nothing online ? Then when I reject the offer since I can indeed PAy my debt and my banks warned me against this since I enquired about them .

Now today I get an sms with a name similar to mine with wrong surname but correct ID number disgusting that they would do this saying I with the wrong name and surname but correct I.d gave consent to them to obtain credit report on my behalf ? What the Hell!!!!! I am going to to find their offices and take this matter further
