Entrapment from Finance Debt Solutions

On the 24th of March 2025, i was placed under debt review by Finance Debt Solution DC Code: 4211 (I was told they are going to reducing my interest rates, I agreed to my lack of knowledge that they meant the instalments on my accounts, on the 29th of March sent an email requesting to cancel my application as I had acquired more information from the bank I did not even know that I will not have access to my credit card or accounts any more, instead they only discontinued their services & sent a bulling letter to re-join within 10 days , the said that my name will remain on debt review, these are ****s and trick our desperate communities, while I am busy with NCR I will also take it to my Radio Show and Tik-tok where i have a big audience to create awareness about this we cannot be dying in silence because of such entrapping companies in South Africa. I wonder if our Government & NCR does it know how this people use tricks to get clients without giving their clients full information about the whole process. They dont even give you time to review your application, the nonsense they wrote saying I refused to submit all the documents purely shows you how pathetic they are because i only manage to submit my ID copy, even if you try to call their phones you cant even reach them. Our Government needs to do better & NCR needs to protect us from such people weather i am drowning in debt or not why should they put me on debt review by force just because they lost a client, and they could not explain how much they are going to charge me for their rate to do such a work. This is the worst **** i ever came across. in my life.
