Did not give consent

This company phoned me trying to sell me debt consolidation. I told them that I was not interested. While I was on the call, I received an SMS saying I gave consent for them to obtain a credit report on my behalf. They did not ask me and I definitely did not give consent. I called them and told them that I am very upset and they told me that they take it very seriously, it was a mistake and that they will discipline the consultant. I see on Hello Peter this is their strategy as everyone complains about the same thing.
