Complain about finance debt solution company

This company phoned me to say they are helping customers to lower their interest rate ,I even asked them if they are not taking over people's account because I do pay my account correctly so and I never miss any payment on my accounts .They say no they only help to reduce interests rate as they can see I was being overcharged. I even told them that I hope they are not going to classify my name under debt review as my car was involved in an accident on the 24th of March 2024 and it was written offand I was still waiting for my insurance to process my claim because the Finance debt solution phoned me on the 9th April 2024 .To my surprise they taken over my accounts and I'm unable to get another car .Now they need me to pay them a cancelation fee of R8500 so that they can clarify my name and I'm stressed and I need help to deal with thus company .I even send email to complaint at NCR and they say I have to wait for 40 working days for their response .My life is on hold please help me
