cancellation of contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract with the debt review for sometime but no luck I even tried calling and emailing still no luck, but when they call me they do find and try cancel my contract with them but they refused and even said they will blacklist me. So please try asking them to cancel the contract with me and my bank.
