Finance Debt Solutions

<div>A lady from Finance Dept Solutions phoned me on 22 April 2024. It’s a company that supposedly helps people pay less on their accounts and premiums on debts. She told me that I am being overcharged on my accounts and debts and I told her I don’t see how that is possible when I have no accounts or debts. She told me that on her records it appears that I am. I said no and she hung up immediately.

After that call I received an sms saying that I have given Finance Dept Solutions on the 2024/04/22 consent to request/obtain a credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Dept exposure. I NEVER GAVE CONSENT. I don’t know what they are playing at, but this is not how good businesses operate.</div>
