Violation of POPI act by Finance Debt clear

I received a call from this company indicating that I'm paying more on my interest in my accounts. I didn't give the company permission to get into my credit report and this is violation of POPI Act. The company also had my ID number and this is *******. After hanging up their call, I received an sms that I gave the company consent to request my credit report! This is *****. I never gave any consent to anyone.I have no connection with this company and want nothing to do with it.
