Very desperate and so disappointing

I received a call on Monday, 19th August from one their agent. The guy was really aggressive and really forcing me to accept their and I said I don't want their service. After dropping the call I received the massage that I gave them the consent to do a credit report for me. And they guy had all my personal information including credit profile.
