Uncouth and deceiving

I received a call from one of their agents, on a Saturday morning, 17th August. They had all my information, including credit information. I told them I was not interested and do NOT need any of their services. The agent was very persistent with an aggressive tone. I repeated myself saying I do not need their services and hung up. A second later I received an sms with my ID number saying I’d given consent to request my credit report. This uncouth way of conducting business needs to be stopped. When I asked them where they got my information from, he gave me a very vague answer. This was definitely an infringement of my privacy rights and I’m currently looking for the best way of dealing with them
