Unauthorised instruction take out on my details. I did NOT consent to anything!!!!

I received a call from finance debt clear today, Saturday the 20 April 2024 at 12:32 by a male consultant. He told he me he wants to help me have a lower interest on my loans. I asked him which loans because I didn't have any. He told me to stay on the line the system was uploading. He then told me I have a vehicle and an apartment and he wants to assist me. I dropped the phone off his face. At 12:33 same day Saturday the 20 April 2024 I received an sms saying "This notification serves to confirm that i (my first name and surname) second and 3rd name not mentioned with ID number (...........), gave consent to request/obtain a credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current debt experience ". I would like to state that I DID NOT consent to anything and I kindly ask that this company and it's consultant NOT do anything with my details. Where do they even get my numbers, my name, surname and identity number! Dispute this matter PLEASE. I did NOT consent to anything. This is against my instructions, someone is *******ly trying to do something with my details without my concern.
