Unauthorised consent of my personal details and no CONSENT GRANTED For anything

I received a call from Finance Debt clear on 27/04/2024 Friday at 08:26 by a male consultant. He told me he wants to help me to lower interest on my loans then I inform him I'm busy then and hang up the phone. Next thing I received a sms that I gave consent to Finance Debt clear. This is really unacceptable and dishonest of that male consultant from your company service....
