They don't want to remove me from debt review

<div>The took advantage of me they made me join not knowing it's a debt review for people who are blacklisted, they only told me they help to reduce interest rate only to find out that they are debt review. I did not qualify for it because I have no problem to pay my bills now they are making my life miserable because they are refusing to update the NCR to remove me from debt review, they keep on saying they will email the NCR but never did since last year December. I am still under debt review till this day while I have not qualified for it n have received a rejection letter but still nothing in progress they won't let me go, they were supposed to change my status n clear the debt review under my name but they have not, ***** keeps on making empty promises, they keep on saying they can't reach the debt counselor to update NCR. They said they will cc me on the email they will send on NCR but did not meaning they did not send any email to NCR. I am tired of this now, I want my freedom back which was taken from me. How can they be this cruel</div>
