Terrible communication, not worth using their services

Terrible communication. I keep having to contact them to follow up on issues because they just leave things to lapse and don't say anything until it's a problem. When I contact them to follow up, I'm always told the relevant person is busy. They're inability to properly communicate or follow up has almost caused me to lose my debt review on numerous occasions. Do not use their services.
