Poor Poor Service!

I have never had such poor customer relations in my entire life! I have to constantly have a battle to get feedback. When I do get someone to assist me eventually they give dates of turn around time than don't get back to you. Than the battle to get hold of the agents starts all over and nothing really gets done! I have been dealing with a 2 people this far and both fail to deliver after making promising statements, Ashlee and Samantha are really unprofessional and don't get back to you!
