Please help me expose Finance Debt Clear

I just received the below sms from Finance Debt Clear:

This notification serves to confirm that I Sive Tyelinzima, with id number ....., gave consent to Finance Debt Clear 2 on 2024-04-30 to request/obtain a Credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Debt exposure.

I did not give them any concent to obtain my credit card, I did not ask for any help from them.
