No consent given to perform credit report

This notification serves to confirm that I Phakamani Ncube, with id number ******, gave consent to Finance Debt Clear 2 on 2024-05-03 to request/obtain a Credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Debt exposure. I did not give any consent and I don't understand were do they get my details from. How is our information safe if random people can just call and already they have my ID number
