I did not give consent to Finance Debt Clear

I was contacted on 27 May 2024, they listed to me all my big dept and want to consolidate it, I told them I am not interested to go on dept review, but the person were very persistant, and now I have received an sms with my ID number and personal information saying I gave them my consent to access more of my personal information through credit record.
