I did not give consent

DC finance consultant called me to say that they can reduce my debts while i do not have any debts. They sent me an SMS that i gave consent for them to access my credit profile for affordability calculations even after i did not agree. I tried to call them to find out why they did that and there is no pick up. Such companies put you under debt review without your consent
