Finance DEbt Collection

I have been called on the cellphone to clear my debt with this company. All important details were never shared with me on the call. Now my entire account is inaccessible, which they never advised it will happen. The amounts agreed on the debits are not what is now sent via mail. All the employees are not contactable and never reply to the mails sent to them. very terrible service and they need to be reported. They even refuse to cancel the agreement with them even before they can debit any amounts. The advisers are also very rude on the call and refuse for you to engage with the person who did the first initial call.
