Finance Debt Clear STOP with your nonsense!

I was called just now by a guy telling me that they're a government entity trying to reduce government employees installments were they think they're over charged. I told him that I was not interested and dropped the call but surprisingly I received the message saying I have given them a consent to run a credit check. ****! I want to know where do they take our details and why use them without our consent? This is a ******** of fence, their desperation of getting new clients shouldn't be our problem. I am very crossed and will report them to ombudsman!😡😡😡
