Finance debt clear is a **** according to my experience with them

I also recieved a call like others, already have my credit information and claiming they work for the government. They said Im being overcharged by my creditors and wants to reduce the extra interest, only to find that this is a debt review😭😭. Fine I made my first payment of R9000 to them, which also confused me because they said my debit order will not go to them but directly to my creditors, but after that first debit order, all my creditors called saying that my accounts are unpaid😭😭💔💔 Im in that trouble as of now🥹
