Finance debt clear 2 I did not give my consent

I got a call this morning,28 Feb 2025 and the consulatant indicated that she can see that I am being over charged for my accounts and they can help me reduce my monthly installments,while on the call I received a message that I gave them consent for credit checks: because of affordability.. I did not five them consent and did not agree for them to assist me with anything..This is false information..
