DISHONEST AND ********* CONSULTANT!!!

I received a call from a consultant from Finance Debt clear saying I am being charged more interest on my accounts, they will help me to reduce interest rate. The consultant asked me if I am paying bond and I confirmed. Next thing I receive SMS that I gave consent to Finance debt clear obtain credit report to perform an affordability assessment!!!. This really ********* and dishonest from this company!!!
