Debt review unaware

Greetings, I got a call from someone who indicated they are sent by my bank because my car installment is high and it must be reduced, upon recieving messages I am now realizing that I am being put under debt review without my consent. The message i have is from Financr Debt Clear , the call came from the number ***. I am not over indebted and did not agree to any debt review, I want the recording sent to me and I am logging a dispute with NCR first thing in the morning.

This is my confirmation that whatever ******* listing you are about to put in my profile is ******** and I forbid you from contacting my creditors as I am not financially over indebted.
