debt review cancellation

after more than 6 emails that i have sent to cancel my request, 48 hours has now passed, i only received a call from a Lady saying heard office will contact me and that was on friday, so my request is actually being and FDC is refusing to help me with cancellation?? I hope South Africans is aware of you and how you treat clients @ Finance Debt Clear @Hello peter please assist, I am being abuse by this company
