Debt review ****

****mers, I got a call from them saying I was paying extra on my account and I was gonna receive R4000 extra, they did not explain to me that it was debt review, I'm 69 years, why would I wanna join that, they took advantage of the fact that I didn't understand clearly. My mind wasn't at ease so I went to the Bank the next day and they told me I had joined debt review. I called them and asked them to cancel it but they haven't done so till today, they want to register it so that I have to pay money to them. They hadn't filled anything yet when I called. The incident happened 26th march and I called them 27th in the morning, today is the 31st and they keep giving me the run around.
