Consent when I didn’t consent

I have been harassed by this company non stop. It has been to the point that I stopped answering their calls.

Just saw an sms saying I consent to them pulling a credit report reason being affordability I did not consent to this.

I called and spoke to a rude lady named Tracy. She did not want to give me her last name saying it is for POPI reasons yet she asked for my ID No

I’m told therefore was made by a trainee and did not want to give me trainee name
