******* repossession

Not sure if this is the correct platform. My vehicle was repossessed without my consent the collections person came onto my property and removed the vehicle without my knowledge. I laid a charge of theft as I didn't know what happened to the car. Personal belongings still in the car and the finance house feels that it is within their right. My concern is that they never once offered assistance due to covid 19, I did not consent or sign any paperwork to have asset repossessed. No letters nothing. No legal process was followed. Please help
