PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

absolutely pathetic service. took a watch in to change the battery, back of watch damaged as well as dials stopped working, they refuse to send it to get properly repaired. so now i must pay for repairs for which they are responsible. and the manager/ owner Jackie is absolutely arrogant and has a don't care attitude.
