Withdrawal request not honoured

I made deposit of R2000 on the 03 August 2015 to the Final Income bank account with assurance to withdraw the capital amount plus interest from the 31 October 2015. I submitted my withdrawal request on the 31 October 2015 and to date I have not received the funds. I have send email but to no avail. Their website does not has contact number to call them.
