FRUSTRATED.... NO COMMUNICATION..... NO PAYMENT

I invested with FINAL INCOME last year,my withdrawal date was 20/01/2016. I filled in the Withdrawal form and paid my withdrawal fee on time and sent to them.They said if one pays the fee,payment will take 5 days. Surprisingly I'm still waiting and the most frustrating thing is that they never respond to any emails,they are just quite.I don't know where the problem is but up until today I'm still waiting for my money and for them to reply.They always send these system generated replies and emails nothing more. The system has been saying WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION,I don't understand why pay the withdrawal fee if you'll have to wait so long for payment. I'm just soo UNHAPPY WITH FINAL INCOME 'S SERVICE,they don't seem to value their clients. It would be better if they were communicating(not sending system generated emails) with their people. THIS IS JUST FRUSTRATING, THE EXCITEMENT OF FINANCIAL FREEDOM IS GONE, WHATS LEFT IS STRESS AND LOGGING IN TO CHECK STATUS EVERYDAY. I invested because I wanted financial freedom and money that I have usage plans for,not to wait forever for payment. Please sort this out FINAL INCOME.
