Dishonesty, unprofessional, lack integrity

I invested with Final Income in May 2015, and my investment matures on 31 August 2015. I have been waiting for my login details and information regarding the growth of the investment but nothing has been emailed to me. I keep getting random emails from their server and from Cindy-s but none of them reply to my questions. I feel that they are not practicing in a satisfactory manner. I'm an investor and I need them to portray a more mature nature of standard practices. Please get back to me Very very urgently.
