Promises not kept

Good day,

I'd like to bring to attention how poorly, badly Findaidsa services are.

The company promises you a grant payout upon the registration of their services, but as soon as you register they disappear, you can get hold of them on phone or email or chat.

I registered in Dec and my account was debited the fees for the services i registered for in Dec, when you email them to request for the grant payout they don't reply, when you wana message them on chat most of the time they reply with and I quote"Customer Service We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly." but they never get back to you. In january they debited my account again and eventually i got hold of them on chat- i made the request for the grant payout again to which they rep**** and had me fill in a bunch of details they called it a questionnaire but then days past after that and I still didn't get my grant payout as i was promised. This company seems to me like a ********** company who uses people who are in desperate need of financial assistance. They have a 24/7 chat forum but they hardly ever online to chat., same with the phone line. I am truly disappointed in the services, I have never been taken for a ride like this.

I want my payout of the two months I paid for this service or I want my two months debited money back.
