Lost cellphone & Disgusting service

<p>I have insurance with Fine right and my cellphone was handed in on 12 December 2016 it's 13 March 2017 and my phone is still not back Jets cresta & Fine Rights are not giving me proper feedback about my phone and it's whereabouts </p>
