Disgusting service putting clients to a disadvantage.

Service is very poor. I have left messages, called numerous times held on for well over 30 mins each time with no answer to the call. Today 22 Feb 2019 is the last day I can take out insurance on my device. No one comes back on my e-mails either. Pathetic service, not even your client Vodacom can get a hold of your agents.
