FILTATEC NOT HONORING ORDER AGREEMENT/PAYMENT

This company placed an order with our company for the manufacture of six Belt Return Rollers, one Feed dam Roller and eighteen Cloth Rollers for a Horizontal Belt Filter they were refurbishing for their customer. The balance of the order has not been paid R 266 166-00 since November 2023. They gave written promise to pay signed by the Director of company Filtatec.
